Loneliness and depression are emotions that can be controlled for short periods of time then they can hit so deeply that they can send you spiraling into a deep pit.  Knowing how to handle loneliness and depression requires lots of willpower and personal strength. Come on Nancy

I have been posting letters from Frank, letting you read what he had written to me. These letters contain his emotions and things he was doing in Vietnam but I have not said much about my everyday life during this time in our lives or my emotions.
