Once we arrived in Van Vleck, Texas, there was work to be done. Our trailer house would not get delivered for a few weeks, but that gave us time to get everything set up for its arrival. Our days were beginning to become routine. Frank was busy working shift work, Scotty was going to school, and I was planting flowerbeds around the yard. If painting and roofing the house was not enough, Frank and I found other projects to tackle together. Nearly every improvement done to our home, we did together, and it all made for some fun and wild stories.
