Keys Anybody After my vehicle left on the wrecker late in the evening. I waited until noon the next day to check on my vehicle thinking it would give them time to access the problem with the brake. When Ford Service Department answered after giving them my info, they told me that they could not find my vehicle. Well now, that was not the information I was expecting to hear from them.
